Tinlo Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Tinlo is a professional local color picker tool. We attach great importance to user privacy and data security. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use image color picking, camera color extraction, color wheel and random color generation functions.
Core Compliance Statement: All color calculation and image processing of Tinlo are completed locally on your device. We will never upload, transmit or share your local pictures, camera capture content and color picking records to cloud servers or any third-party AI service providers. No external AI system is invoked throughout the service.
2. Information We Process
Locally Processed Content (No Upload):
- Local images uploaded by users for color picking
- Real-time camera frames for physical color extraction
- Color values, color matching schemes and picking history records
Minimal System Data: Device model, system version, local crash logs (only for internal bug fixing, no external transmission).
Voluntary Information: Email address actively provided by users for feedback.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
- Realize core functions: image color picking, camera real-time color extraction, color wheel selection and random color generation
- Locally save your color picking history and color matching schemes
- Respond to user feedback and technical support requests
- Optimize tool stability and fix program bugs
4. Data Storage & Retention
All color picking data, pictures and camera content are only stored locally on your device, and will not be uploaded to any server. Data will be automatically cleared after you uninstall the App. Local system logs are automatically deleted 90 days after generation.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade or share any user personal data and color picking records. We will not disclose user information unless required by laws and regulations or authorized by users explicitly.
6. Data Security Protection
All data processing is completed in the device local sandbox with system isolation protection. We adopt strict internal management rules to protect user data security.
7. User Rights
You have the right to view, export and clear all local color picking records at any time. To exercise data rights or consult privacy issues, please contact us via the official email. We will reply within 30 working days.
8. Minor Privacy Protection
This tool is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We do not actively collect personal information of minors under 13.
9. Third-Party Services
This App has no embedded third-party AI tools, analytics SDK or tracking programs. Only official Apple payment channels are integrated (if applicable).
10. Policy Update & Contact
